Hi, I have been a globus hystericus sufferer for aroun 6 years now and when I get an attack, it makes me heave yet I am never sick??? the only thing that seems to stop this is having a mint in my mouth??? What seems to make it "happen" is when I am talking to people its like I am being strangled/choking...so for 6 years I have been eating mints (tic-tacs) to speak to peopleand try to function "normally"...I am sorry this is not a "happy" treatment to globus hystericus, but I would love to know if there is anyone else that has this heaving symptom and to find out if there is a better cure then a tic tac to prevent it. Its mad, I lost a business due to this and now seem to have a phobia of people????? help!
