A therapist once told my lover, D. that she would always sabotage her own relationships until she stopped hating herself. I know D. loves me very much, but she has suddenly begun acting impulsively and destructively towards me, our relationship and her self. She says she does not know how to stop hating herself. She wants to leave me because of our first real disagreement. None of it makes any sense to me or to family.
