I've had a minor panic attack. I've had a few before. The timing is unpredictable. Something that makes me feel guilty of worrisome. It started with a numbing sensation and my vision would blur slightly. Anxiety would then kick in with a racing heartbeat and a fear that I am about to lose control. How do I control or avoid this from happening?
