Hi Niccola, I really feel sorry for you. I have tendinitis in my right hand and the doctor was unsure if it is carple tunnel.Is very painful especially when I put stress on the hand such as carrying thing. I am starting to get tingling and pain up to my righ shoulder. I think this has to do with the a nerve being pinched as a result of the swelling of the tendons. What work best for me when I am really in pain, is Swimming, Swimming loosens all the stress in the muscles and allows for great pain relief, even if I just paddle for 5min. I find Emu oil to be the best and rest. A friend who had carple tunnel recomended accupuncture- I havent tried it yet. I hope this information helps and you can find some pain relief. Kate
