Pregnancy is a cause of carpal tunnel symptoms. It has to do with the hormonal changes. You will probably return to normal after delivery. In the meantime 300 mgs/day of Vit B6 has been shown to be helpful. Sometimes gentle manipulation of the bones of the wrist can help.
