Hello. My mother is 55 years old. Last September she began getting nodules on her hands and feet, and her joints began severly hurting (she also had a frozen shoulder, and carpal tunnel) The doctors ruled out rheumatoid arthritis after she had a biopsy and several tests done. On a visit to an allergist, she had mentioned that she was getting abdominal pain also, and was sent for a catscan. My mom had a large growth in uterus, which ended up being ovarian cancer. She had major surgery, and has been having chemotherapy. The pain is still so bad for her. WHen it's warm, her hands swell and her joints are so painful for her. It is causing her to be very depressed, and it is so frustrating because none of the doctors she has seen (which is many) know what this is.We don't know if possibly it is due to the cancer or not. Please....if anyone knows what this is or has heard about it, please let us know. Thank You!
