lower right abdominal pain

My daughter is 12 she is having lower right abdominal pains and lots of gas. She has had 2 ct scans and an ultra sound and they say her appendix are fine. She is in lots of pain and has blood in her vomit. Does any one have any sugestions on where to go from this. She has missed over 2 weeks of school and I need to know what to do from here
