tremors

I find my daughter is shaking in the arms quite frequently and today I noticed it in her face. SHe never does this when she is asleep; she is always awake when I see these tremors. My doctor told me to take note of it, and I was going to tell her more about it at her 4 mo appointment in December ... based on everyone else's experience, should I be concerned or is it just something she's going to grow out of?
