My 7 month old son is also having tremors while he is just going to sleep drinking his bottle. His tremors seem to be all over....first the leg, then the arm...and we've now noticed his head. He also twitches constantly in his sleep....with the twitches and jerking sometimes going into an actual tremoring. His pediatrician is setting up an appointment for an EEg to rest our minds...but she thinks it probably going to be normal and he'll just grow out of it. She called it "myoclonic" and said she sees it all the time. I'm hoping this is the case...but when researching it on the internet I seem to find all sorts of scary things. Her term "myoclonic" seems to encompass everything from epilepsy to infant spasms. My son is developing normally....he did have colic the first four months of life, and he's never slept well. He is very excitable and constantly moving when he's awake. He's developed a constant clenching and unclenching of his fists which he does nonstop while he's awake unless something is placed in his hands. I don't know if this is related to anything or just a little habit he's gotten into. There's so many things you start reading into when you're concerned about them. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten an answer or if their children have grown out of it.
