What you (very likely) have is a metabolic disorder trimethylaminuria. Our body cannot metabolize certain foods/compounds properly, leaving our body with an excessof trimethyline. This in turn causes the odor. This odor can vary, from rotten fish to anal to even a garbage smell. There are 3 culprits, that is, ingredients, you must avoid: soy, choline, and lecithin. Choline is found in eggs, fish, and dairy products (very high in milk.) Soy can be found in vegetable oil and dressings (no fried foods!) Lecithin can be found in your sweets and powder-type coffee creamers.
Stay away from junk foods and fast foods (Subway is safe; just hold the mayo and use only the Sweet Onion Sauce or the Red Wine Viniagrette.)
And always, always, always drink lots of water. It helps to buy some Aloe Vera Juice and/or some liquid Choryphyll.
