Just recently I discovered that a co-worker of mine had gotten very ill. Becoming concerned I came to find out that she had stopped her high blood pressure meds. I was curious to know why and unfortunately she is having hard times financally. She is now in a catch-22, work to make the money to buy the meds, too much to quailify for any assitance, or stop the meds to pay the rent and in turn become sick where she now can't work. What is wrong with this picture???? I was wondering if there may be an alturnative to prescription medication for high blood pressure?
