My 3 1/2 year old son has recently started having bright green colored BMs. He has recently become a picky eater-limiting himself to mainly dairy and chicken. The only vegetables he will touch are raw carrots and he hasn't eaten them for about two weeks. I give him a multi vitamin everyday, but I am really worried! HELP! Any response is appreciated.
