I too have developed a white discharge accompanied by small bubbles, like swollen ducts, under each eye. I had a similiar problem in the sun in Florida. I am now going to a tanning bed and it is back. I believe from my research that it is an allergic conjunctivitis or allergic pink eye and that UV rays are causing the thin coating over my eyes to become infected. Anyone else have problems with the sun like this?
