I have the same things, my bumps are on most of my chest, over the majority of my back, top of my bottom, and top of my arms,. My doctor looked at it, and took a swab of skin and tested it under microscope. I have Pityrosporum faculitus. Its where the yeast on your skin gets into the hair follicles and over produces. No cure that I've come accross. Looks like I'll be dealing with these itchy pimple looking things for the rest of my life. Hopefully yours is something different.
