Hey, Alex--My name's Jonathan, and I've been troubled in similar ways--
I though "holy cow-could it be herpes?" Which doesn't make any sense, considering that I've never had intercourse-
However, in the 19 years since I've been born, I've made mistakes, and got involved with the wrong people, etc. and found that a person can contract an STD without actually having intercourse (etc.)
It's taken me forever to find information about what's going on, but I think I scored some~~
I'm in the same boat as you-At first, I thought they must be areas where hair would usually grow, etc. But when they started appearing in areas I knew had to be out of the area of hair, I started to get worried...
They've been there for maybe a year, and are likewise, the same color as the rest of my skin, and only visible when the skin is streatched-
They are by no means blisters-
Alright--sorry--I'm a writer, so I tend to go off about things forever--
This is the important information--
I'm going to get them checked within the week, but have been frantically searching online for some clues--I found your question first, but didn't have any answers 'till now:
I found some pictures and mild comments that DIRECTLY RELATE to what I'm talking about, and hopefully, you as well--

This is where I found the initial question by someone else--this links to:
http://www.hpvfaq.com/hpv/pictures_of_genital_warts.asp.html
Don't worry--this isn't related to genital warts--but you've probably figured that out already--
Then it linked to these pictures:

So I, and most likely you, as well are in the clear.
Be sure to notice in the opening 2 lines of the page with pictures:
Many men worry unnecessarily about the appearance of their genitalia. Rather than worrying take a look at these pictures of HEALTHY male parts
the truth is liberating! ^_^
I'm getting married soon, so it became a BIG deal for me REAL quick--I care way too much about her to allow anything bad to happen to her--especially if it's because of me~~
Take care of yourself, and it is still advisable to get checked out at a doctor's office, or whatever.
It could be something else, and the answers provided online aren't always right--but this made me feel much better, and should do the same for you ^.^
