There is a redrash on tha head of my penis, i havent had sex for 3 months so im almost sure it isnt a std, after i masterbate it seems to be REALLY noticable and alot reder,im pretty sure it gets worse everytime i massterbate so im laying off to see if it gets better.. im appling Hibiclens cream 3 times a day but it dosent really seem to be doing much when im not masterbating it seems almost unnoticable ..there are also other places on my body i have similar rashes like my legs and the back of my hand and stomach ..im not sure what this is but i can take pictures to show you ..someone please help...
