'Been taking longer and longer'....are you beng more critical of him in your mind, while he is working on you...now that this has happened it is tricky not to let it sour things in the future.....take stock now and make eforts to relax more.....His attitude did not help I agree to.....If he took longer....perhaps manually with you and orally first you will get into the habit enjoying it.... which is the important issue here...sounds like he can be pleased in minutes but needs to spend more time with you...... Do a deal with him, tell him he can have two quick freebies for one longer session where your needs come first......
