If you are thinking "I have to get off quick with him" then you are keeping yourself from being relaxed enough to do it. He doesn't help by acting like he is impatient for you to cum. When you do it yourself, you don't place yourself under pressure to cum, therefore you cum quickly. Convince him to be more patient. And for him NEVER to say "oh, it's taking forever" because you will have trouble relaxing enough to allow an orgasm to happen.
