my boyfriend has the same thing. I tried to look up what it may be and the only thing I came up with was something called Gynecomastia. However, when looking at the pictures it was different. These men had actual breast growth...but the only problem my boyfriend has is with the nipple part. It looks swollen almost. There isnt any breast tissue growing around it though. Im wondering the same thing.
