I have the exact same problem. I'm 37 and in very good health. It occurs a couple of times a year (for the past 10 years at least), lasts for 1 month, usually after an interse sex session. This freaks me out. I consulted many doctors and they all tell me there is no problem, that a veign probably explodes during sex explaning the blood. Each time, i have to stop having sex and check if it's back to normal by masturbating about once a week. It usually takes a month to get back to normal. This is very frustrating but apparently, there's nothing that can be done and it's not dangerous. Guess i got to live with it.
