I got the same thing i think. Im 16 and never had sex, mostly becuase of fear of giving a girl a disease or freaking her out if she seees them. They are on the underside of my penis starting from the scrotum going up a little more than halfway up my penis, most have a hair growing out, and have looked the same since i remember having them, at least 4 years. ive been reading around and so far im pretty sure they are normal and are called penis pearls and other things. from what ive read they are normal, dont bother you, dont spread to others, and there isnt a treatment.
