Pain In Penis from folding inwards

i think i have been masterbaiting wrongly and therefore now when I'm having intercourse which has only been recently my foreskin sort of folds inwardly on itself and I've just read all about those other sytoms and it doesnt match. Its ok most of the time but the skin just folds inwardly and causes pain. I can pull the skin back fine and it retracts fine,but sometimes it folds inwardly but i think somethings wrong because if I'm having a proper erection then the foreskin should be pulled back completely. Can anybody help with the folding?
