I have diabetesm take geart medication and have slow urine flow.

Just before actual ejaculation pain starts to develope my penis, below belly button.

During the ejaculation the pain builds and I have to tense up to get thru it. Sperm dribbes out with no force at all. It feels pretty good after the fact. Happens either by hand or intecource.

Am I alone???
