Hey, I had the same problem a while back. I went to the doc thinking I had warts or something nasty from some chick. Turns out it was something called molluscum (non STD, but CAN be transmitted through any close contact [sex]). I was told that self removal via a pin or finger nails was acceptable. I had many before I went to the doc, so it took time, but now they are all gone. I would also suggest to find a new girlfriend as they may continue to reappear from unprotected sex with a girl who has the same thing (not sure how a girl would get rid of them).
