When I sit near my lover very close, my penis erect to the max and ejaculating the semen. After that I'm having a severe pain in penis for an hour.

I'm bit scared abt this. Pls help me. Is it normal ? Is it anything do to with my other habits. If this is a problem, what is it due to. How I can cure this.?
