This is happening to me too but i don't feel pain during sex nor have blood in my urine. urologist said i have varicose vein (varicocele) in the left side of my scrotum, the pressure on my varicose vein sometimes caused the vein to rupture and thus cause blood in my sperm. My wife's gyni recommend me to go for an operation where incision will be made in my groin. i am still not sure i want to do it. I am praying for God's help now.
