I have the same problem (painful to touch wen forskin pulled back + hard to pull forskin back + white stuff). White stuff comes off wen u gently pull your skin back in the bath however it doesnt ease the pain of fix any other problems except making urself feel more clean.

If any1 does actualy know the problem and cure plz let us know soon.
