does anyone know why it hurts to touch the inside of the penis when the foreskin is pulled back? i have some white stuff formed inside on the bottom, is that what makes it so sensitive that it hurts? how do i clean it? i mean, i cant rub it off- coz it really hurts when the inside is touched- even by shower water. someone please help me, there has to be someone else out there with this problem thanks
