Hi, I am 14 and I have the exact same problem, I read an article about it, its called gynmo...somthing like that. I have the exact same thing, but when i feel really cold or when i get goosebumps they get normal. One way to make them look normal for around 5 minutes is if you like squeeze and twist them a little and then wait around a minute and they will look normal, but it only lasts for around 5 minutes, then they get big again. Im not fat either, apparently its like if you were once fat, then most of your fat has gone but some was left up their, thats my case.
