I myself have the same problem of having blood in my sperm. However it's not caused by holding back my orgasm, it happens now and then. I also find that after this has happened there are small blood clots that I urinate out, I am fortunate enough to go for a leak by the sounds of things. I have gone for tests but have come up dry. Sorry I have not been able to help you out on this one, just wanted you to know that I am just as concerned as you are.
