This might be something you want to discuss with your doctor if you are concerned about it. Having said that, Ranitidine (Zantac) is given to hundreds of thousands (or even millions) of babies every single day (my own daughter included) to treat infant reflux and is perfectly safe. That being that case, I can't imagine that the small amount they would get through your breastmilk would be something to worry about.

Again though, it's always a good idea to check with your doctor when you have concerns.
