Last 2 or 3 weeks had minor but irritating anl discharge. Also large spot/lump on wall of bum near passage. Mind you - had this for years along with many other similars as I have nver got over the 'acne' stage fully. Nothing hurts but it does sometimes itch. I'm 54.5 by the way (and male).

Any suggestions on what I can do to stop this
