I was just diagnosed with GERD. I have it so severve that I thought I was having heart problems. Im only 32. I just started taking medicine for it yesterday. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to make it more comfortabale for me untill the medicine kicks in. On top of that I have panic attacks so that isnt helping the matter any.
