I have a problem similar and have found that I can eat eggs as long as they are not free range, don't know why. If I eat free range or anything dipped in them and cooked with them, within 16 to 24 hours I have extreme cramps, run non-stop to the loo and feel extemely sick, this can last for anything up to 24 hours. hope this helps
