Hi ...some studies suggest that the asprin is equally beneficial to men and women over 35 if taken once a day . Women who don't have family history may however start the asprin after they manopause. Higher Astrogen levels in women protect them from risk for stroke or heart attack. My 2 cents..I hope it helps..thanks
