little bumps on fingers too

I have the same bumps, only difference is that they are mainly on the very tips of fingers, and they start with super dry skin at ends of fingers. Also sometimes itchy to tingly . The big ones hurt, but I've only had a few of those. Tryed Hydrocortisone, doesn't seem to work. Also WHERE ARE THE ANSWERS ON HERE?
