I also enjoy (u bet) the red blotches that I break out with when my body heats up. It can be from the sun, nerves, a hot shower or bath. What I use is the GoldBond body talc that has 5% zinc. When I breakout I put a light coating on the breakout area. For me really helps it disappear. Chest, neck, tummy, between legs in the crotch area are where I breakout. Hope this helps someone
