I also got little red blisters on my hands and fingers. It started when my ring on my right hand started itching. It itched for a cpl days and I never really thought anything about it cause my rings often make my fingers itch as they swell depending on the weather and time of month but then I had itched so much a scab formed under my ring so i took it off. The itching didn't go away and thats when i noticed the blisters. I too started putting tea tree oil on it. This would releive the itching for hours so kept using it.my finger seemed to be doing better for a couple days. I also used some johnson and johnson moisturising stick to help because the tea tree oil really dried it out so that the creases in my knuckle was cracking and bleading. It did seem to help though all of a sudden the blisters exploded all over that finger and started working its way across the webbing to my next finger. I did some internet research and came up with a form of eczema that is mixed with the herpes virus. So more worried then ever I decided to go to the public health nurse. She said she thought dematitis. She told me not to use the tea tree oil anymore and use eucerin or hydrocortizone. I stopped the tea tree oil and stared using aquaphor from eucerin. Wow with in a day my finger started looking much better! It even quit spreading to the other finger any further. But a cple days before that i had noticed 2 tiny bumps on the back of my hand that itched. They just looked like very tiny ingrown hairs so didn't think much about it again. Now the back of my hand has more then 20 tiny red blisters that itch like crazy and as of last night I noticed I had a couple on my other hand. Today there are 5-6 clustered on the middle finger of the hand that was clear. So I guess tomorrow is dr time. Have u guys been going to general DR. or dermatologist? I don't know if this helps or not.
