I'm a 21 yr old female and for the last few years I've noticed tiny red dots on my skin. They started on my arms and are now on my legs and torso as well. After looking on the internet for a while I think I finally figured out what it is. KERATOSIS PILARIS It's mostly genetic and there is no cure (which I'll be honest, sucks the big one!) but there are treatments.
