Over a month ago, I developed this rash. It started as a lump on my underarm. I thought at first it was a boil, but when I looked up information online about boils, there was no spot on my lump that had a "hole" where pus could come out. It became itchy, and I would scratch it like crazy, so I used cortizone(sp) creme. It helped for a little bit. A few days later, it spread out into a rash. And it was extremely itchy, I couldn't control the itch. After about a week of having it on one underarm, it spread across my chest to the other. It also spread to around my eyes. I went to the doctor after that. They think it's some kind of allergic reaction, but I don't think it is. The doctor gave me a shot or hydro-cortizone. But it didn't really help. She also prescribed me medicine to help stop the itching. It went away from my eyes and neck/chest for a little bit, but now it's back. I'm thinking of going to the ER because it's back by my eyes again. What should I do?
