My sister and I both have this problem. Both of have found heat to be the only thing that helps. Hot water helps, we try to run hot water over our legs and that helps but the water must be very hott. I also use the blow drier or a space hearter. I sit in front of the heater or have the blow drier on my legs until it burns a bit and that helps some. It is stupid to be in Utah in the middle of summer and sitting with you legs in front of the space heater, my husband thinks it is nuts. I would love to find a real solution or explination. I have tried different soaps, lotions, detergents, water from other areas and nothing helps. I don't know why it happens somedays and not others. Any help would be great.
