I looked at the receipe for vegetable biryani on this site...for chicken biryani all you have to do is marinate cleaned and washed chicken thighs (bone in) and legs in 1/2 cup yogurt_teaspoon turmeric powder+1 teaspoon Caynne pepper and little salt for about an hour and add to vegetable mix and immediately add partiallly cooked rice. Follow the next step as in vegetable biryani.
