I have just had my 2nd openheart surgery, am also Insulin and pill dependant diabetic, with very high BP and Cholesterol, just tried the LAST med available to me for the Cholesterol, and wasnt able to take it now must control it with diet, I use no salt am very careful with my diet and still am unsuccessful with control, my life now depends on some recipes to help lower cholesterol, any suggestions will be greately appreciated
