Very interesting and unique recipe for a delicious chicken dish. Normally I associated fruits with ham etc. and not with chicken. But this recipe has changed that perception. can we substitute cranberries with some other ingredient? Also, the recipe doesn't call for any extra oil or fat so good for people watching fat intake. Even though I haven't tried it but my gut feeling is that patients watching salt intake etc can just substitute little salt, black pepper, onion powder and a little lemon juice for the soup mix, which tend to be high on salts. I will try it that way soon and post my reaction. Thanks again for the recipe.
