Excessive eye blinking

Im 18 years old and i feel like my eyes are watery all the time which causes me to blink Alot. When i blink I squeeze hard sometimes and it calms down when i go to bed. But later in the afternoon it starts again, sometimes my eye gets sore from doing so much.Does anybody know what could be wrong with me?
