I just wanted to say that I amk also having pain in my chest recently. I don't know if it is a pulled muscle..or my heart? It freaks me out... I don't want to make a big deal out of it. It seems to be right over my heart on the left side. It is a dull ache, and sometimes when I turn on my side it hurts even more. I am a 43 year old woamn who has always been active and healthy. How do you know if you have a pulled chest muscle? Does anyone know? My pain has been going on for about a week and a half...
