Hey bud, those pains can be typically gas related. Sometimes, often, gas can sneak up in air pockets in your lungs causing pain and if you move around and stretch you can get rid of em majority of the time. Make sure you get check ups done every year. Test lung capacity with air/carbon dioxide etc. MOst importantly exercise exercise exercise. Keep healthy
