Pressure and pain begins in chest and radiates to jaw and back of upper arms and sometimes to temples, ears, and facial bones. My heart is fine. This occurs several times a day and varies in severity and length. They may last from three to fifteen minutes. Prescription and OTC medicines do not help and episodes do not appear to be related to activity or food intake.
