Indigestion Or Heart?

For the past 2 weeks I have been having slight chest pains along with weird numbness and tingling, followed by periods of dizziness and light headedness. I went to the ER and they immediately told me it was indigestion after doing an ECG which came back good. I got a prescription for Pantoloc, however I havent had heartburn or any type of indigestion in a couple weeks. I still get these light headed tingly spells as soon as I lay down for bed but during the day all is usally well. Any ideas of what can be going on here?
