I have been experiencing a dull ache in my upper part of the chest. I wkae up with pins and needes in my left hand and sometime feel the same in my left arm during the day. My heart sometimes does a big jump and i have to cough to catch my breath again. I aso feel quite light headed alot of the time while this is happening. Is this related to stress or my heart
